Baddies Have Muscles Too
1:1 online coaching for girls in their twenties and thirties who want to feel strong without giving up their weekends. Structure, accountability and a plan that actually fits your life.

Meet your coach
I moved from Brazil to the US young and spent a lot of time on my own, so I learned independence early. In middle school I felt weaker than everyone around me and got bullied for it. That's when I found the gym. Lifting became my therapy and the one constant I could count on when things felt lonely.
Nobody taught me about nutrition, macros or how to train properly, so it took me six years of trial and error to figure out how to fuel and train my body. Now I coach girls in their twenties and thirties so they get there faster, without giving up their social life. I'm honest, open and I actually care, because I've lived it.

FAQ
01
No. I'm a party girl too. I'll show you how to fit nights out and drinks into your week and still build the body you want.
02
That's exactly who I coach. I spent six years figuring this out alone so you don't have to. You'll learn protein, carbs, calories and training step by step.
03
You will, and that's the point. I coach the days you don't feel like it. Showing up when your brain is making excuses is the skill we build together.
04
Most girls feel more in control of food and training within the first few weeks. Visible changes follow when you stay consistent. The real win is a lifestyle you keep for good, not a crash.
